The community enjoys a peaceful setting with access to Lake Lou Ella, a neighborhood lake, and is a short drive to Bullard and Tyler. Due to the proximity to Bullard and Tyler, the community has access to excellent public and private schools, shopping, major medical facilities, dining, golfing, lakes, and a nearby winery.
