A transfer fee in the amount of $200 is billed at closing.

A Resale Certificate is required for a home sale in a Property Owners Association (POA or HOA). The Resale Certificate will include the most recent information for the community and copies of all governing documents, and current financials. Visit the Resale page to learn more about the Resale Certificate and to place an order and pay the $375 resale package fee.

Lenders can use the Resale page to order mortgage questionnaires. The cost to process a questionnaire is $150.
